These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Missete ("the Service"), a calendar integration service provided by TodoONada Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must register for the Service using a Google account or Microsoft account. You are responsible for managing your account appropriately and must not allow third parties to use it.

3. Description of Service

The Service provides functionality to synchronize and manage events across multiple calendar services. We may change or add to the Service without prior notice.

4. Fees

Basic features of the Service are available free of charge. If we offer paid plans, the fees and payment terms will be specified and posted on this site.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Unauthorized access or placing excessive load on servers
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
- Disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering the Service
- Any other activity we deem inappropriate

6. Service Interruption and Termination

We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service in the following cases:

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
