Account Information: Email address, name, and profile picture (obtained via Google or Microsoft account)

Calendar Data: Event information from Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook/Teams, and Apple Calendar (iCloud Calendar) — including title, date/time, location, attendees, etc.

Usage Data: Service usage patterns, access logs, IP address, and browser information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

- Providing, operating, and improving the Service
- Calendar synchronization functionality
- User authentication and account management
- Responding to inquiries
- Investigating violations of our Terms of Service
- Sending service-related notifications

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

- With your consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property
- With service providers to whom we outsource operations necessary for providing the Service (such providers are required to implement data protection measures equivalent to our own)

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or damage to your personal information. Access to calendar data is protected via OAuth 2.0 authentication, and all communications are encrypted.

You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. You can revoke calendar service integrations at any time through each service's settings.

The Service uses cookies to improve user experience and manage sessions. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

The Service integrates with multiple calendar services to provide event synchronization. We handle data obtained from each calendar service as follows:

(1) Common Provisions

■ Purpose of Use
Data obtained from each calendar service is used solely for the following purposes:
- To synchronize events between your calendar services
- To display calendar events in a unified view within the Service
- For user authentication and account management

■ Data Storage and Retention
- Calendar data is stored in encrypted databases
- All communications are encrypted via TLS
- Data is retained for the duration of your active account
- Upon account deletion request, all calendar data will be deleted within 30 days

■ Third-Party Sharing and Transfer
- We do not provide, transfer, or sell user data obtained from calendar services to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service
- Except as stated in Section 3 of this Policy (e.g., when required by law), we do not share data with third parties

(2) Google Calendar (Google Calendar API)
- Google account profile information (name, email address, profile picture)
- Google Calendar event information (title, date/time, location, description, attendees, recurrence settings, reminders)
- Calendar list (calendar names, time zones, etc.)

(3) Microsoft Teams / Outlook (Microsoft Graph API)
- Microsoft account profile information (name, email address, profile picture)
- Outlook / Teams calendar event information (title, date/time, location, description, attendees, recurrence settings, online meeting details)
- Calendar list (calendar names, time zones, etc.)

(4) Apple Calendar (CalDAV Protocol)
- Apple Calendar event information (title, date/time, location, description, attendees, recurrence settings, alarm settings)
- Calendar list (calendar names, color settings, etc.)

Missete's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we commit to the following:

- Data obtained from Google APIs is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (providing calendar synchronization and unified display functionality)
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless the user has explicitly consented, or it is necessary for security purposes, legal compliance, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale of our application
- Human access to Google user data is limited to cases where the user has consented, for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), for legal compliance, or for our internal operations where data has been aggregated or anonymized
- We do not use Google user data for serving or delivering advertisements
- We do not use Google user data for training AI or machine learning models

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service. The revised policy takes effect when posted on this page.
